ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 07/11/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.240 of 2016, with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated 02/11/2023 in D.No.10566 of 2023, submitted by the Principal District Judge,Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, this Court made the following order: 1/3

In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the learned I Additional District Munsif (FAC), Nagercoil, has submitted a requisition, dated 31.10.2023 through the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, narrating the hearing/particulars and further stated that the plaintiff, who had filed the Civil Revision Petition had filed applications one after another and was not forthcoming to proceed with the trial and that therefore, the trial could not be completed as per the directions of this Court.

3.Filing of Interlocutory applications that by itself is not a ground for not complying with the order of this Court, since further period of six months was also granted. However, the learned I Additional District Munsif (FAC), Nagercoil, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.240 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
