2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondents Police have been harassing the petitioner basing on a false complaint given by the respondents 4 to 6, thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the complaint given by the respondents 4 to 6 was registered as C.S.R.No.840 of 2023 and the enquiry is in progress and the Police requests short time to complete the enquiry.

Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondents Police to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.840 of 2023 as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
