ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. One Govindarajan was an employee of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. He died in harness in the year 2012. The said Govindarajan had two wives. The dispute between the first wife and the second wife has since been resolved. They have entered into compromise and the compromise memo has also been filed before this Court. The legal heirs born through the first wife are represented by a counsel and it is stated by the learned counsel that they have no objection for considering the petitioner's application for appointment on compassionate ground as legal heir of the deceased Govindarajan. The said statement is placed in record.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation seeking appointment on compassionate grounds. Such an order 2/4

will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass appropriate order.
