O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in rl.OP(MD)No.5095 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 18.03.2022, the respondent police, after conducting the investigation, closed the case as 'Action Dropped' and the Action Dropped Report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichirapalli.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court.
