When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, the respondent passed an order in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3251/2025/Aa1, dated 25.08.2025, disposing the application submitted by the petitioner, by directing issuance of joint patta. He has also produced the copy of the order before this Court.
