Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take into account 50% of the service rendered by the petitioner as Panchayat Assistant from 01.11.1981 to 19.10.2012 for pensionary benefits and accordingly fix the pension to the petitioner.

W.P.(MD).No.24797 of 2018 him as Panchayat Assistant from 01.11.1981 to 19.10.2012 for pensionary benefits is liable to be rejected, in light of the decision of the Full Bench in the case of Government of Tamil Nadu vs. R.Kaliyamoorthy (2019 (6) CTC 705).
