Na.Ka.No.484/A-1/2024, dated 24.08.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and all service and monetary benefits within the time frame fixed by this court.

ORDER

The petitioners / employees of the respondent TASMAC have been placed under suspension vide order dated 24.08.2024. Challenging the same, the petitioners have filed this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC submits that the petitioners were placed under suspension contemplating disciplinary proceedings. Subsequently after concluding the disciplinary proceedings, the petitioners have been reinstated into service. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
