For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 1098 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 386 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 1098 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person waylaid the defacto complainant, threatened him at knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from his shirt pocket and abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant with a delay of 10 days from the date of occurrence. By knowing that the petitioner will be released on bail in Crime No.358 of 2021, the case has been registered when the petitioner was in jail. So according to him, it is totally false case that has been foisted against him. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is facing six previous cases. CRL OP(MD). No.19891 of 2021 the cases are under Prohibition Act and one is under 302 IPC is also pending.
