ORDER

The proceedings initiated under Section 8-F of the the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provident Funds Act is challenged in this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing it is reported that this petitioner has already filed an appeal under Section 7-I of the Act as against the order passed under Section 14-B of the Act, before the appellate tribunal and the appellate tribunal has entertained the appeal and granted an order of interim stay. Subsequently the notice issued under Section 8-F of the Act has been withdrawn by the EPF authority. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed. No costs.
