PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent on the guise of the fourth respondent's fake complaint dated 16.10.2019 based on the order in Crl.O.PNo.13998 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent on the guise of the fourth respondent's fake complaint dated 16.10.2019 based on the order in Crl.O.PNo.13998 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
