Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2016 and 05.01.2017 respectively and not to initiate any criminal proceedings against the petitioners in view of the false enquiry report submitted by the fifth respondent dated 30.01.2015.
