This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 07.09.2023 seeking to to call for the records pertaining to the S.C.No.77 of 2021 on the file of the District and Sessions Court (Mahilir Neethi Mandram), Madurai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioner in S.C.No.77 of 2021, on 06.12.2024, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
