ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to construed the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the third respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.531 of 2024 came to be registered and taking note of the offence alleged, the matter was referred to Social Welfare Officer,

3. Recording the same, the Social Welfare Officer, Sivagangai is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and submit a report before the concerned police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
