the investigation in Crime No.113 of 2019, which is registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 IPC. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have almost completed the investigation and within short time, they will complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.113 of 2019 as quickly as possible, not later than 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
