This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 02.12.2018 issued by the fourth respondent and consequently direct the respondents to conduct fair selection for National level Silambam Tournament by the first respondent following appropriate Rules. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
