This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders in the pending proceedings in Na.Ka./A3/6095/2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner was aggrieved by the issuance of patta in favour of respondents 2 and 3 and hence, filed an appeal before the first respondent seeking for cancellation of the patta. Since there was no progress, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader, based on the written instructions received from the first respondent, submitted that the hearing has been fixed on 27.11.2023 at 03.30 pm. It was further submitted that the first respondent will hear the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 and thereafter, take a decision in accordance with law. 4.In the light of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in 2/4
the proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
