This petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in SE.M.A.No.502/U.KA.A.(City/Thudi/18) dated 13.12.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents to grant permission for one day hunger strike. 2.It is seen that this writ petition has been filed challenging the rejection order dated 13.12.2018, thereby, the 2nd respondent rejected the permission for one day hunger strike to be conducted on 14.12.2018. Therefore, now, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
