Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.3773/A2/2018 dated 03.01.2019 on the file of the Respondent No.3, and Quash the same as illegal and consequently direction directing the Respondents to approve the appointment of the Petitioner as Library Clerk in the 4th Respondent School from 20.04.2011 onwards and disburse the consequential monetary benefits in light of the order of this Honble Court in W.A(MD) No.1628 of 2016 dated 11.08.2017.
