No.17768 of 2021 in connection with Cr.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police,Thiruverambur Police Station, Thiruverambur, Trichy District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKARA PANDIAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17768 of 2021 on 16.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.11297 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17768 of 2021 on 16.11.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on First working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
