Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.Pa3/5660/2017 (Valarchi), dated 19.09.2017, passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 30.07.2009 and 29.07.2009 respectively in the cadre of Assistant and consequently provide all the service and monetary benefits.
