When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission is granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent authority / the District Collector for necessary permission for conducting prayer meeting and till a decision is taken, the petitioner shall not conduct any prayer meeting.
