ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392, 397 IPC, in Crime No.371 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the third anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court, considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner. The petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 3.Though this is a third petition, there is absolutely no change in circumstances.
