Since the said petition is pending from the year 2022, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose HMOP No.687/2022 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
