ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the order, dated 28.07.2025 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.932 of 2025 on the file of this Court. 2.Despite the order passed by this Court on 28.07.2025, directing the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, 1/4

Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2024, dated 30.04.2025, the petitioner has not complied with the same. However, when the matter came up for hearing earlier, the said privilege was given to the petitioner considering the fact that he suffered from jaundice at that point of time, when he was earlier directed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai to pay 20% of the compensation amount. However, even today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not complied the same so far.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had already drawn a Demand Draft, dated 11.08.2025, to the credit of C.C.No.64 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Karaikudi. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Karaikudi, refused to accept the same on the ground that the certified copy of the order passed by this Court on 28.07.2025 was not produced, despite the petitioner had produced the web copy of the said order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the certified copy of the order passed by this Court on 28.07.2025 was made ready only on 13.08.2025, and therefore, he seeks one week time to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and making it clear that no further extension of time will be granted. This Court permits the petitioner to comply with the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2025, dated 30.04.2025, on or before 28.08.2025. Failing such compliance within the stipulated time, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2025, dated 30.04.2025 would be restored.
