ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed for cancellation of bail that was granted to the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.M.P.No.1899 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the very same ground, the prosecution moved cancellation of bail before the learned Principal 1/3

District Judge, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.2177 of 2023, is also stated to be pending.

3. Let the petitioner participate in the above said proceedings. No simultaneous proceedings are permitted. On that ground, this petition is dismissed. If any trouble arises during the course of participation in the above said proceedings, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
