This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13030 of 2023 on 27.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and final report is made ready. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13030 of 2023 on 27.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
