This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from erecting electricity tower in the petitioner's land in S.No.355/2, Nallur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District. 2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
