This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.251 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have now filed the final report, which has been taken on file in S.T.C. No.281 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani.

3. In view of the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
