The learned Counsel for the petitioner, pursuant to the earlier order passed by me on 20.02.2025, has submitted that the 2/5

order which is now relied on by the learned Counsel for the fourth respondent has been challenged in W.P.(MD)No.6224 of 2024 and this Court has also granted an interim order of stay, which is in force.

2.Recording the said submission, considering the fact that pursuant to the writ petition which was filed earlier, challenging the enquiry notice alone, nothing survives for further adjudication. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.6224 of 2024.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
