To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.06.2016 by freeze the account of the educational institutions run by the Majilis-Ul-Ulama Society, Quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to defreeze the account. Prayer in WMP(MD).9969/2016 in WP(MD).12445/2016 : To implead the petitioner/Proposed Respondent No.4 as Respondent No.4 in the above writ petition in WP(MD).12445 of 2016. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both WMP's, the court made the following order:- These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by one A.K.Khaja Ziyaudeen alleged to be treasurer of Majilis-Ul-Ulama to get himself impleaded in WP(MD)Nos.12444 & 12445 of 2016. According to the learned counsels appearing on either side, the said A.K.Khaja Ziyaudeen had passed away and no further orders are called for in these petitions .

These petitions stand closed.
