This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 323 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5379 of 2023 on 1/3
25.06.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
