Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner has sent a representation for preparation of the eligible voters list of the petition mentioned Pallivasal. 3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the draft voters list had already been prepared. But then, the final list is yet to be published.

W.P.(MD)No.6690 of 2017 4.I, therefore, direct the second respondent / Election Officer to publish the final list of eligible voters within a period of eight weeks after the lock down is lifted.
