ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and other accused have filed a petition before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.829 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and quash the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same and this Court, vide order dated 21.02.2022, by recording the joint memo of compromise filed by both the parties, has allowed the original petition and quashed the FIR.

2.Considering the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
