This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.181 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that after investigation, the respondent police laid the charge sheet and the same was committed before the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam in P.R.C.No.21 of 2016.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed with liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
