Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse the earned leave salary for 20 days surrendered by the petitioner from the year 2011, together with interest at the rate of 18 percentage per annum from the date of my retirement to till the date of actual payment by the respondent, by considering the petitioner`s representation dated 20.10.2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, if any grievance is exist in respect of calculation regrading the salary benefits, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal.
