ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Contemnor/first respondent for the wilful deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.8235 of 2022, dated 27.4.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with by rejecting the claim made by the writ Petitioner in the Writ Petition. The Proceedings of the District Collector, Sivagangai, dated 17.11.2022 is produced to that effect.

4.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
