ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sundarapandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order:
"This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.403 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, a charge sheet was filed before the PCR Court, Madurai, and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.50 of 2022.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the 2/4
