O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2022, which is registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420 IPC. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that so far 6 witnesses have been examined and the police are in the process of completion of the investigation and within short time, they will complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded.
3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.209 of 2022 as quickly as possible, not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
