Heard the learned counsel on either side.

The petitioner contends that the petition mentioned land belongs to him and that during UDR, patta was erroneously issued in favour of the fifth respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner has since moved the second respondent.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal dated 22.01.2021 and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The second respondent is directed to put all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
