This petition has been filed seeking permission of this Court to the petitioner to take steps for service of notice against the second respondent through substituted service in any one of the daily News Paper in Trichy publication.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication on the first respondent by way of substituted service in the leading newspaper having a wide circulation in Trichy by mentioning the date of hearing as 21.01.2026.
