ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the respondent in Ka.Enn.E.Mi/ Ko.A.Palayam/ Koppu/ A.Enn35-16, dated 25.05.2016.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for taken for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board submits that the impugned notice was issued at the instance of the State Election Commissioner during the Assembly Election and since this Court has already entertained this writ petition and ordered statusquo, the electricity service connection was not changed and 2/4

the respondent board is not intending to change the service connection.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
