ORDER : The Court made the following order :- In pursuance of the direction of this Court, dated 17.02.2022, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham has submitted a report dated 24.02.2022, wherein, it has been stated that since summons sent to A1 was returned back along with Vadipatti Village Administrative Officer's certificate that the said accused was residing in foreign country. Pendency of the case was already informed to A1 and Non-Bailable Warrant was ordered to be issued and the same is pending.

2. Since warrant has been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner can approach the concerned trial Court and workout his remedy.

With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
