This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to supervise the Pattiveeranpatti H.N.U.P. Society (Pattiveeranpatti Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Paribalana Sangam) Management Committee election and confirm the election committee of Pattiveeranpatti H.N.U.P.Society (Pattiveeranpatti Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Paribalana Sangam) to be followed the rules enacted by the Pattiveeranpatti H.N.U.P. Society, by considering the petitioner's representation.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is one of the Members of Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Paripalana Sangam and he has given a representation dated 06.10.2022, to the first respondent, requesting him to supervise the Pattiveeranpatti H.N.U.P. Society (Pattiveeranpatti Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Paribalana Sangam) Management Committee 2/5

Election and confirm the election committee of Pattiveeranpatti H.N.U.P.Society (Pattiveeranpatti Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Paribalana Sangam) to be followed the Rules enacted by the Pattiveeranpatti H.N.U.P. Society. But the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
