ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the warrant in C.C.No.115 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level Karaikudi, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged the complaint in C.C.No.115 of 2017 under the Negotiable Instruments Act as against the third respondent herein. Thereafter, the third respondent did not appear before the trial Court and as such, the trail Court, namely, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level Karaikudi, Sivagangai District issued non bailable warrant on 25.08.2018 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the non bailable warrant issued as against the third respondent in C.C.No.115 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level Karaikudi, Sivagangai District within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15599 of 2019 four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate the second respondent to furnish the correct address of the third respondent. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
