PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta forthwith in favour of the petitioner's Potter's Association, having registration No.102/2013 in respect of S.No.310/1A, admeasuring 18 cents situated at Puliyankudi Village, Tirunelveli District, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.10.2013.

This writ petition was filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner's Potter's Association, having registration No.102/2013 for the property in S.No.310/1A, admeasuring 18 cents situated at Puliyankudi Village, Tirunelveli District, by considering his representation, dated 24.10.2013.

2.Today(16.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar/the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/581/2022, dated 01.11.2022 submits that the representation of this petitioner has already been considered. He further submits that the copy of the order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of the second respondent in the manner known to law. No costs.
