This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forebear the respondents 4 to 6 from ex-communicating the petitioner from the Rajasingamangalam Muslim Jamath.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 11.06.2016 after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 6 herein and dispose the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
