The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in in I.A.No.540 of 2016 in O.S.No.162 of 2007, dated 20.10.2017 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil,
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 08.03.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
