This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.11.2021, in serial No. 2021/Nov/22/00838.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, investigation was conducted. After completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.104 of 2023. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.
