ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2016.

2.A perusal of the representation of the petitioner discloses that respondent No.5 had entered into an agreement on 30.03.2012, by violating the said agreement he had put up some construction and therefore necessary action to be taken as against respondent No.5.

3.This writ petition is filed in the year 2016 and the representation was given on 02.05.2016 and if still the petitioner is having any grievance, he can workout his remedy before the civil Court.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 16.02.2023 2/4
