, is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai vide the Letter in D.No.549 of 2020 dated.09-11-2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.Om.Prakash, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B.

By order dated 23.01.2020, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in DVOP.No.111 of 2017 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.549/2020 dated 09.11.2020 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order.
